2. Booking and Payment - Reservations: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other specified payment methods.- Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds - Cancellations by the Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply as follows: - More than 30 days before departure: Deposit is forfeited. - 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost. - Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.- Cancellations by Kyoma Jungle Adventure: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
4. Changes to Bookings - Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee they will be possible. Additional costs may apply.- Kyoma Jungle Adventure-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors.
